Wow…
I usually plan my trips months in advance and do research and some decision-making before I buy my airline ticket. This time, with no preplanning and realizing that there are no guarantees on “tomorrow, next week, or next year at the age of 73, I bought a ticket to Rome. In one month, I will join my friend Brenda Blancas for her 50th birthday celebration. I will also celebrate my 74th birthday while we eat in some wonderful Piazza overlooking the Mediterranean!
