Somehow this just seemed to speak to me about a Camino journey. There is no need to have “wants” and expectations. When you start, a Camino, because the Camino shows you what you need. I am looking forward to releasing control and just being in the moment. It has been awhile.

It has been a long travel day, but not unbearable. Layover in Iceland was relatively short.
Heathrow was a bit more challenging. Customs was a breeze but I bought a bus ticket ahead to Gadwick Airport, giving myself too much time. Hint: Always use National Express. They have 10 times more busses than the other companies, one of which I chose. Anyway a driver let me get on an earlier bus with my ticket so I didn’t have a two hour wait.
I have checked into my pod living for the night. These pictures are with wide angle lens from one side of the room to the other. It’s very well designed, but very very very compact.

I am enjoying the cozy & comfortable bed and look forward to a shorter travel day tomorrow. It doesn’t seem possible that after making my decision to walk the Camino again I am within two days of the beginning of my third Frances.
Have a wonderful adventure!
Love it. Safe travels mamacita! Looking forward to catching up on your journey
Blessings. Following you. Carla
