I spent the day packing, unpacking, repacking and finally saying I’m ready.
Many people have asked me what I take with me so I have done a picture essay of my packing and added it to the blog. Hope it’s helpful for people who are getting ready for their Camino. Because I carry my pack on the airplane, I can’t take poles. I will buy them when I reach St. Jean Pied a Port. I think that hiking poles are important for all ages on the Camino.

You are one amazing woman Candi! Your packing has morphed over the years for sure! Are you sure you don’t need me for that needle through the blister;you can actually do this yourself now? 😃🙄😳
I am still a baby about doing it. So far I have not had to do it by myself because I haven’t had a blister for years.
