Today was very warm; high 70’s. A good day for walking. I was up and ready before in and Laura so took off early.
It was a five-minute walk and I was in Spain.
The walk along the river in the early morning was delightful and as it turn back into the city of Tui I spoke to another pilgrim who became my walking partner for the day. She is from Colorado and a solo Pilgrim.
The day went quickly by with visiting about our lives, life in general and the Camino.
We are in an albergue with bunks tonight. Finally I did laundry, although my bunk ceiling is my clothesline with final drying of clothes. The combo washer dryer seems to rely on hot steam to dry the clothes.
We sat in the piazza drinking Vino Blanco and visiting with other pilgrims. It was a good day.
